Amritraj Saikia has held various managerial positions in different companies such as Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Nisum, Xeeva, Inc., Netlink Software Group America Inc, Lanco, Spectrum Consulting, and Kirloskar Constructions and Engineers LTD. Amritraj has also worked as an Independent Consultant and at Amtex Systems. Saikia has a Post Graduate degree in Psychology from the University of Madras and an MDBA in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Across their career, Amritraj has been involved in areas such as training, change management, process transition, client engagement, business development, and internal operations.
