Jeff Friant

Jeff Friant is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since 2007, Jeff Friant leads HR initiatives across 12 Asian and European countries, overseeing over 1,200 employees. Prior roles at Williams-Sonoma include Vice President of Global Human Resources, Vice President of Talent Management, and Vice President of Human Resources for the Pottery Barn brands. Prior to joining Williams-Sonoma, Jeff Friant spent 17 years at Levi Strauss & Co., holding various HR leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources. Jeff Friant holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University Bloomington and an MBA in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of North Texas.
