Emily Pick is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor with extensive experience in teaching group fitness and yoga. Currently, Emily instructs Vinyasa classes at Full Circle Yoga + Pilates, American Family Fitness, and Williamsburg Indoor Sports, drawing on traditional Ashtanga teachings and alignment principles.
