Doug Larkin

Doug brings over twenty years of experience in consulting and project leadership serving middle market companies to WilliamsMarston from Paradigm Advisory. While at Paradigm, Doug designed and executed project management organizations in connection with large audit support, IPO readiness and finance transformation projects ensuring transparency and accountability for large, complex engagements in industries encompassing software, retail, consumer goods and healthcare services. In his current role, Doug provides oversight to project field teams by creating standardized project delivery and communication methodology, optimizing staff utilization, and providing the teams with forecasting functionality.

Prior to joining Paradigm Advisory, Doug worked in the consulting industry advising C-suite clients in snack food manufacturing and packaging, paper and other discrete manufacturing, insurance, and software utilizing the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Doug holds a BS in Economics from Allegheny College (PA), a Master of Accountancy from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Doug is a certified Project Management Professional and an Agile Certified Professional by the Project Management Institute.
