Lauren Fitzgerald

Lauren brings over five years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston LLC. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Lauren has advised clients on a variety of accounting matters including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation and audit preparedness. She has also provided interim management for a biotechnology company.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Lauren was a Senior Accountant at The Davis Companies where she managed the financial accounting process for a portfolio of development properties. Prior to the Davis Companies, she was a Property Accountant at Boston Properties in the Development & Corporate Group. Her experience includes revenue recognition under ASC606 and lease accounting. Lauren began her career in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston where she provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, IFRS and SEC reporting.

Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics-Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross where she graduated Cum Laude.
