Nikki Lee

Nikki brings accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston Nikki has advised clients on variety of complex matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, ASC 842, finance effectiveness, IPO readiness, audit readiness, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. Nikki has also served in an interim role for a public biotechnology company.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Nikki was a Senior Associate in the Audit practice of KPMG LLP in New York where her clients included large, global SEC registrants in the pharmaceutical, media and consumer product industries. While at KPMG, Nikki provided audit and advisory services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Nikki is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
