Olivia Mooney

Olivia brings accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Olivia has advised clients on system implementations, revenue recognition, lease accounting and equity transactions. Her expertise includes matters pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, inventory, restructuring, consolidations and financial statement close processes. Olivia’s industry experience includes medical device, SaaS, real estate, consumer products and biotechnology.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Olivia worked in the Audit practice of EY LLP in Boston for two years. While at EY, her clients included large SEC registrants and a small real estate partnership.

Olivia is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Boston College.
