Paul Dingus

Paul brings approximately 10 years of valuation advisory experience to WilliamsMarston, with a focus on venture-backed technology companies.

His valuation expertise includes tax reporting matters such as IRC 409a, ASC 820, gift and estate planning, and intellectual property valuations; and financial reporting matters such as mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, goodwill and intangible asset impairments, and stock-based compensation. His broad industry experience includes technology, life sciences, healthcare, and consumer product companies.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Paul was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where he advised numerous clients ranging from early-stage venture-backed companies to Fortune 100 companies. Paul specializes in 409a and has significant experience working closely with clients throughout the IPO process, including regulatory and audit reviews. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Paul worked as a Senior Associate at Moss Adams, and as a Research Analyst at FMV Opinions.

Paul holds an economics degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
