Rochelle Ragan

Rochelle brings over four years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Rochelle was in the Audit & Assurance practice of Deloitte’s New York office, where she served both public and private clients in the banking, capital markets, and financial technology (“FinTech”) industries. While at Deloitte, Rochelle provided assurance services ranging from Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, SEC reporting, and evaluation of technical accounting areas including financial instrument valuation and consolidation issues under ASC 810.

Rochelle is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Washington in Seattle, where she majored in Accounting.
