Victoria Algiere has extensive experience working in the field of child advocacy and education. Victoria began their career in 2011 at the Hill Country Children's Advocacy Center, where they served as an Outreach Coordinator until 2017. In 2017, they joined the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as an Outreach Manager until 2019. Currently, they work at the Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center, where they have held various roles, including Community Education Coordinator from 2019 to 2021, Education & Outreach Supervisor from 2021 to the present, and most recently, as the Interim Community Engagement Director from August 2022.

Victoria Algiere attended Sam Houston State University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. No specific start or end dates were provided for their education at this institution.
