Amy Monson

As Business Development Director, Amy oversees the business development of the company’s third-party management wing in California and the West Coast. She is responsible for outreach, presentations, and proposals for potential property management acquisitions.

Prior to WWG, Amy worked in multi-family, self-storage, and retail management, leasing, and development. Most recently, she managed Bergamot Station Arts Center for Worthe Real Estate Group. Prior to her role at Worthe, Amy helped assemble the Specialty Practice Appraisal team at Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services. She attended University of Arizona, has a California sales license, and is pursuing a CCIM designation.
