Penny Gill

Penny Gill has been a Teacher of the Deaf, specializing in early intervention and working with Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students in various educational settings since 1993. Penny holds a Masters in Education of the Deaf and has extensive experience in providing therapy, support, and education to children and their families.
