Dean M. Poulakidas

Dean Poulakidas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the finance and law sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Willis Lease Finance Corporation since September 2011, Dean previously held the role of Vice President and Corporate Counsel at International Lease Finance Corporation from May 2005 to May 2011. Prior to that, Dean practiced as Senior Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from November 1996 to January 2005. Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Linguistics from UCLA, a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
