Neal Stephens

Neal Stephens has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Managing Director for Wales and the South West at Willmott Dixon since January 2003. Prior to this role, Neal held the position of Project Manager at Laing O'Rourke for a year and served as Contracts Manager at Balfour Beatty from 1998 to 2002. Neal's career began at Fairclough (Amec), where responsibilities as Site Manager were managed from September 1984 to September 1998. Education was received at Allt yr Yn in Newport, where studies occurred from 1986 to 1992.
