Louisa Mulquiney

Louisa Mulquiney is currently the Legal Counsel at Willow. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Slaughter and May from March 2018 to October 2020, working in the IP / IT department. From February 2016 to July 2016, they worked as part of the Contracts and Commercial Team for Transport for NSW. From August 2013 to December 2017, Louisa worked as a Lawyer for Gilbert + Tobin in the Technology and Digital department. Finally, from April 2011 to July 2013, Louisa worked as part of the Office of General Counsel for the University of Sydney, where they were responsible for Corporate Governance, Group Secretary and Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Commercial & Property, Trusts and Gifts & Bequests.

Louisa Mulquiney holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of International and Global Studies from Freie Universität Berlin. Louisa is currently a practicing lawyer.
