Role Overview

As a Delivery Lead - Salesforce at TELUS Digital, you will spearhead the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions while driving operational excellence. Leveraging your extensive Salesforce expertise and leadership capabilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, enable best practices, and ensure TELUS Digital's Salesforce initiatives align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Excellence:
    • Lead Salesforce solution delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and exceeding client expectations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
    • Drive continuous improvement across Salesforce delivery processes.
  • Operational Optimization:
    • Establish and document best practices for service delivery and sales operations.
    • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights and integrate improvements.
    • Design and implement metrics-driven initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Act as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance on Salesforce implementations.
    • Foster alignment between delivery teams and organizational objectives through robust stakeholder engagement.
    • Present recommendations to senior leadership, securing buy-in for enhancements.
  • Change Management & Training:
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new tools and processes.
    • Provide training, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for employees to improve Salesforce delivery capabilities.
    • Monitor and evaluate adoption rates to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Knowledge Management:
    • Maintain and curate Salesforce-related content and resources on internal platforms.
    • Organize and streamline the training library for improved accessibility.
  • Cultural Stewardship:
    • Champion TELUS Digital’s culture and values, mentoring team members to reflect these principles in their work.
    • Promote a customer-centric mindset across all Salesforce projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience delivering Salesforce solutions, ideally within enterprise or nonprofit organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Salesforce.com certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder).
  • Proven track record in change management, quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in virtual and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with higher education, nonprofit, or telecommunications industries is a plus.
