Nicholas Oconnor

Nicholas Oconnor is an experienced professional in food program management, currently serving as Category Manager at Willy Street Co-op since May 2014, overseeing the prepared foods program, which includes a made-from-scratch bakery, hot bar, deli, and juice offerings across three retail locations and one off-site commissary. Previously, Nicholas held the role of Kitchen Director, managing the off-site commissary responsible for providing similar services to retail locations in Madison and Middleton. Additional experience includes positions as Buyer/Supervisor at Advent and Designer at CommunityAmerica Credit Union, alongside earlier roles such as Human Resources Intern and Stocker at Willy Street Co-op. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design and an Associate's degree in Graphic Communications from Madison Area Technical College.
