Chong Yoke Sin

Dr. Chong Yoke Sin, 65, is the Managing Partner of iGlobe Partners, a venture capitalist firm with interests in FinTech and BioTech start-ups and growth companies. She is also a Director of Anacle Systems Ltd which is listed on the Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market. Dr. Chong has a long and distinguished career in leading the transformation of people and systems, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity forensics advisory, systems integration and monitoring, and digital platform business. Dr. Chong holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry, from the National University of Singapore. She is a Fellow at the Singapore Computer Society and Health Information Management Systems Society. She is also a certified Information Technology Project Manager (Senior) and Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO)s (CHIME-US Certified Healthcare Information Management Executives). Dr. Chong was appointed to the Wilmar Board on 7 May 2021 and was last re-elected on 21 April 2022.
