Esther Osborn FCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Esther is currently the Head of People Operations & Services at Wilmington plc, where they provide high-quality information and data services, along with training and education solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Wilmington plc, focusing on the Technology, Risk & Compliance divisions in the UK, US, and other international locations.

Before joining Wilmington plc, Esther worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Est.HR People Partner, where they partnered with local companies and start-ups to provide HR advice and guidance based on their cross-industry experience. Prior to that, they were the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Acteon Group Ltd., responsible for strategic business and people management plans for the parent company and its portfolio of operating companies globally.

Esther's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Manager at LDD Ltd, where they integrated HR practices and processes into the company, and as an HR Manager and Commercial Trading Manager at B&Q, where they oversaw site HR operations and trading activities. Esther also held positions as a Sales Manager at Boots UK.

Throughout their career, Esther has demonstrated a strong focus on strategic people management, global HR operations, and providing commercial HR advice. Esther'sdiverse experience across different industries and organizations has equipped their with a comprehensive skill set to provide effective HR solutions.

Esther Osborn FCIPD earned their Chartered Fellow degree in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc Hons degree in Retail Management from the University of Surrey, graduating from 1995 to 1999. Esther also completed their A-Levels in Business Studies, Religious Education, and English Literature at Helston Community School from 1993 to 1995. Esther'seducational journey began with their GCSE's in various subjects, including Maths and English, at Helston Community School from 1988 to 1993.
