Cathy King

Cathy King has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Vice President and Product Design Lead at Wilmington Trust, a position they have held since September 2023. Before that, they worked at g2o as a UX Lead from January 2019 to September 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior UX Designer at Brandmuscle from September 2017 to January 2019. Cathy also has experience as a User Experience Product Manager at BuyerQuest, where they worked from October 2013 to April 2017, collaborating with the product team and creating custom solutions for clients such as McDonald's and Disney. Cathy was a Senior User Researcher at Rosetta from May 2011 to October 2013, working on various user research projects and serving clients like Chase and Samsung. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at Kent State University, an A/V Coordinator at The Chef's Garden, and a Freelance Video Producer. Cathy began their career as an Assistant Producer at the City of Chicago.

Cathy King obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Popular Culture from Bowling Green State University in 1996. Cathy then pursued a Master of Science degree in User Experience Design, specializing in User Research and Digital Libraries, from Kent State University from 2008 to 2017.
