Phil Ravenscroft

Phil Ravenscroft is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and construction. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Construction and Vice President, Senior Analyst at Wilmington Trust since August 2018, Phil has previously held key positions including Managing Partner at Tournus Capital Management and Vice President, Model Developer and Portfolio Manager at Bryn Mawr Capital Management, where responsibilities included managing a market neutral long-short stock portfolio with peak gross exposure of $400 million. Additional experience includes working as a Fixed Income Trader at Susquehanna International Group and as VP Technology at GivingCapital. Phil holds an MBA in Analytical Finance, Statistics & Econometrics, and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Intellectual History from the University of Pennsylvania.
