Sandy Shivers has had extensive experience at Wilmington Trust, starting in August 1993 to the present. Sandy has held multiple titles during their time at the company, including Director of Administrative Compliance and Business Implementation, as well as Chief Operations Officer for the WAS mid-Atlantic Region.
