Jeff Plaster

Jeff Plaster has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Jeff most recently served as the CEO of WILO USA LLC and Senior VP of Sales for North America, starting from March 2017. Before that, they were the Managing Director and CEO of Weil Pump, where they achieved record double-digit growth and profitability. From 2004 to 2014, they held various leadership roles with Pentair, including Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain, where they implemented lean practices and drove continuous improvement. Prior to that, they worked for GE Healthcare and Marquette Medical Systems, managing strategic sourcing teams and achieving material cost reductions. Jeff began their career at General Motors Delco Electronics, where they held several roles, including Subcontract Administrator and Industrial Engineer.

Jeff Plaster earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1983. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GE in 2002. Jeff also attended Whitefish Bay HS, but no specific degree or field of study was specified.
