Lidia Cepeda is a Water/Wastewater Engineer with experience in municipal solid waste engineering services, environmental division work in the oil and gas industry, and conducting reclamation projects on abandoned well sites. Lidia holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from New Mexico State University.
