Zoubir Ouadah

Zoubir Ouadah is a seasoned traffic engineering professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Traffic Engineer at Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects since January 2014, Zoubir previously held the position of Senior Traffic Engineer with the City of Poway from September 2002 to December 2013. Prior to that, Zoubir was the Division Manager in Traffic at Willdan from May 1995 to August 2002. Zoubir holds a degree from San Diego State University, where studies were completed from 1978 to 1982.
