Gerald M. has extensive experience in the field of construction logistics and management. Gerald started as a Logistics Manager & Environmental Representative at Canary Wharf Contractors in 2000. Gerald then worked at Elliott Thomas Ltd as a Logistics & Waste Management Estimator/Planner from 2004 to 2013. After that, they held the position of Preconstruction Director at The Elliott Thomas Group from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Gerald is the Head of Preconstruction Logistics & Group Commercial Proposals at Wilson James, where they focus on understanding and responding to client needs in the field of construction logistics.

Gerald M. began their education in Carpentry & Joinery at Thurrock Technical College in 1989. Over the years, they furthered their knowledge by studying various fields such as Sustainable construction development, Marketing, and Creative Writing. In 2023, they focused on Working with Wellbeing at NEBOSH. Most recently, in 2019, they expanded their expertise by becoming a Mental Health First Aider through MHFA England.
