Danielle Ferreira has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Danielle began their career at Touchstone Consulting Group Inc. in 1996 as a Business Office Manager. After three years, they moved to BJ's Wholesale Club as a Programmer. In 2001, they joined Wilson Language Training as a Professional Development Supervisor. Over the years, they held various roles at Wilson Language Training, including Professional Development Regional Specialist, Education Department Manager, Director of Plan Implementation, and Senior Director of Education Operations. Currently, Danielle is the Senior Director of Customer Experience - Customer Success at Wilson Language Training.

Danielle Ferreira's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Processing, as well as a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College.
