Jim Fosberry

Jim Fosberry has over 25 years of work experience. Currently, they are the Software Quality Assurance Analyst (Lead) at Wilson Language Training since April 2019. Prior to this role, they worked at CVS Health as a Software Quality Advisor from January 2015 to April 2019. Before that, they worked at LeapFrog Systems as a Field Manager from March 2013 to January 2015 and as a Consultant - Quality Assurance Analyst from January 2013 to December 2014. From October 2009 to November 2012, they were a Senior Application Engineer - Engineering Application Help Desk at Deltek. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Manager Engineering Application Help Desk at Deltek from June 2006 to October 2009 and as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Deltek from March 2005 to June 2006.

Jim Fosberry has a diverse education history. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate in Software Testing from the International Institute for Software Testing. Prior to that, in 2010, they attended the HDI ITIL Lite Seminar, focusing on ITIL. In 1997-1998, they pursued Microsoft Windows Administration Certification at Clark University. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Worcester State University, which they completed between 1988 and 1992. Jim also graduated from Gloucester High School with a General High School Diploma in 1988. Additionally, Jim has obtained various certifications, including Change Management Tips for Individuals, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Foundations of Accessible Elearning, Software Testing: Tools, and Cybersecurity at Work, all in recent years. In 2013, they achieved the Certified Software Test Professional, Associate Level certification from the International Institute for Software Testing (IIST), and in 1998, they received the Microsoft Certified Professional credential in the Windows NT 4 Curriculum from Microsoft.
