Alex Monaghan

Alex Monaghan is a seasoned construction and development project manager with extensive experience in the real estate and architectural sectors. Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at Wilson Meany since August 2022, Alex is responsible for managing design and construction projects in the San Francisco Office. Prior experience includes a role as Development Project Manager at Prado Group, where Alex oversaw ground-up and redevelopment projects, and Capital Projects Manager, leading a $22M value-add program. Alex co-founded Blanco Architecture Inc. and served as Associate, collaborating with design professionals to create sustainable building solutions. Earlier positions include Project Manager at Neumann Sloat Arnold Architects LLP, Project Manager at HOK Canada, and Instructor at Algonquin College, where Alex taught courses on Building Information Modeling.
