Nicholas Gladd

Nicholas Gladd is a Senior Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since March 2023, previously serving as a Partner at Pierce Atwood LLP from August 2021 to March 2023 and as Of Counsel at Kirkland & Ellis from March 2019 to July 2021. Prior experience includes multiple roles at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from July 2012 to January 2019, including Legal Advisor to Chairman Kevin McIntyre and Attorney-Advisor in various offices. Nicholas began a legal career as a legal intern at Defenders of Wildlife and as an Honors Law Clerk at the US EPA, with additional research roles at Vermont Law School. Nicholas holds a J.D. magna cum laude from Vermont Law and Graduate School and an A.B. in Environmental Studies and Government & Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.
