Dave Cheetham

Dave Cheetham is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Support Chef Manager at Wilson Vale since October 2023. Previously, Dave held multiple positions at Wood Manchester from April 2021 to September 2023, including Sous Chef, Senior Chef Partie, and Demi Chef De Partie. Prior to this, Dave worked at Albert's Shed from September 2019 to April 2021, contributing to both Dukes 92 bar and Albert's Shed restaurant, and gained valuable teaching experience as Lead Teacher at Jumpstart in Taipei from March 2015 to July 2019. Dave began a career in hospitality as Duty Manager at J D Wetherspoon from July 2009 to May 2014. Academically, Dave holds a Master of Music in Music Composition and a Bachelor of Music from Cardiff University.
