Jordan Lyman, E.I.T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Junior Engineer at Olympic Tool in 2008, where they worked until 2010. From 2012 to 2013, Jordan worked as an On-Highway Engineering Co-Op and later as an R&D Co-Op at Hendrickson.
In 2013, Jordan held the position of President at Triangle Fraternity - University of Pittsburgh. They then joined Precision Castparts in 2015 as part of the Management Development Program until November of the same year. In December 2015, they became a Testing Engineer at Hendrickson, and later transitioned to a Maintenance Reliability Engineer role at Wyman Gordon in March 2020.
At Wyman Gordon, Jordan also held the position of Forge Complex Process Engineer, where they led projects aimed at process reliability improvement and managed the onboarding of new process engineers and student interns. Additionally, they briefly served as an Interim Forge Complex Supervisor, directing a workforce of 20 employees.
In July 2021, Jordan joined Wilsonart as a Process Engineer, where they currently work.
Jordan Lyman, E.I.T. completed their secondary education at Sun Valley High School. They then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Jordan obtained the Lean Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in March 2021. They also obtained the Engineer In Training (FE Mechanical) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in February 2021.
