Mitisha Girme has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mitisha started their career as a Sales Coordinator Intern at Trimurti Organic Fertilizers in 2016, where they supported sales order processing and inventory stock recording. Mitisha also worked on marketing promotions and collected sales data for market analysis.

In 2017, Mitisha was a Finance Assistant Intern at Sepal Neutraceuticals, where they managed invoices, processed accounts payable, and improved cash flow management. Mitisha also contributed to marketing activities by measuring ROI on marketing spend and improving sales forecasting.

From 2018 to 2020, Mitisha worked as a Graduate Student at The University of Texas at Dallas, focusing on International Management, Marketing, and Operational management. Mitisha participated in group projects to develop marketing strategies and plans. Mitisha also worked on a Tech Mahindra competition project related to smartphone usage by First Responders.

After completing their studies, Mitisha joined Sherwin-Williams in 2020 as an Assistant Manager. Mitisha provided support in store operations, customer service, and merchandising. Mitisha supervised and trained store staff, generated sales leads, and resolved customer complaints through effective communication skills.

Currently, Mitisha is working at Wilsonart as a Business Development Specialist. Their main responsibilities include reviving inactive accounts and building strong relationships with customers.

Mitisha Girme completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2015 to 2018. Mitisha then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Management with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in digital marketing, including Google Ads (AdWords) Essential Training, Google Analytics Essential Training, Content Marketing Foundations, Content Marketing: Blogs, Content Marketing: Newsletters, Content Marketing: Staying Relevant, and Online Marketing Foundations, all from LinkedIn, in 2019.
