Becky Morris

Becky Morris is an experienced professional currently serving as the Application & Digital Leader EMEA and Head of UK IT at Wilsonart UK since November 2018. In this role, Becky acts as the Project Director for the Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP implementation and manages the IT function across multiple UK sites while overseeing a significant annual budget. Prior to Wilsonart, Becky held various leadership positions at Nobia from 2006 to 2018, including Group Business Improvement Analytics Manager, where responsibilities included performance improvement across a network of 12 factories. Becky's earlier career includes roles in operational management at hotels and as a Consultation/Performance Officer for North Yorkshire Police. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Research Techniques from The Open University and a BA in American Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
