Travis Alexander

Travis has been Director of People & Culture since 2013. He oversees the employer brand and manages the team that drives successful employee life-cycle from recruit to retire and everything in between. During his time at Wilson Electronics, the company has been a regular on published “best companies to work for” articles, twice on Utah’s Fast 50, and awarded UMA’s Manufacturer of the Year. Prior to Wilson Electronics, Travis was the HR Manager at Vista Outdoor. He brings over 18 years of HR experience in the manufacturing, retail, and hospitality industries. When he’s not busy advancing award-winning culture, he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, snowboarding, and generally spending time in the mountains. He’s a proud graduate of the University of Utah and the father of two beautiful girls.
