Amy Brookshire is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as Senior Global Director of Talent Operations at WilsonHCG since May 2015, Amy oversees the recruiting partnership for a diverse client portfolio, focusing on team leadership, performance management, and strategic growth, while also managing P&L responsibilities. Prior to WilsonHCG, Amy was an Executive Recruiter at Lovelace Search from March 2012 to May 2015, specializing in the Laboratory Diagnostics and Medical Device sectors. Additionally, Amy spent nearly nine years as an Executive Recruiter at System 1 Search of the Carolinas, where significant contributions were made in assisting over 400 clients, including Fortune 50 companies and start-ups, in filling critical positions.
