Mateusz Szczepanek

Mateusz Szczepanek has worked in various talent administration and coordination roles at WilsonHCG since 2018. Mateusz started as a Talent Administrator and Coordinator in November 2018 and then progressed to become a Talent Administration & Coordination Specialist in April 2020. Mateusz was promoted to Senior Talent Administrator & Coordinator in June 2021 and currently holds the position of Team Lead, Talent Administration and Coordination since June 2022.

Additionally, Mateusz worked as a Resourcing Coordinator at Astellas Europe from April 2020 to June 2022, through their partnership with WilsonHCG. Mateusz also served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Stryker from September 2019 to April 2020, also during their time with WilsonHCG.

Before joining WilsonHCG, Mateusz worked as a Futura Manager at Tommy Hilfiger from January 2017 to November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for team management, customer service, invoicing, and candidate recruitment.
