Sophia Simons has a diverse work experience. Sophia worked at WilsonHCG as a Team Lead for Talent Acquisition & Coordinator. Prior to that, they were a Talent Administrator & Coordinator at the same company. Sophia also worked as a Bakery Assistant at Fortinos Supermarket. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Assistant at Sheridan College.

Sophia Simons completed their Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management at Sheridan College from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Carleton University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.
