Sarah Buckley

Sarah Buckley leads the strategy and execution of all People & Culture functions at Wilton Brands as the VP People & Culture. With extensive experience in HR, including roles at fairlife, LLC, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Kraft Foods, and Johns Manville, Sarah has supported up to 1,500 employees in various industries and regions. Sarah holds a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
