Neila Benzina

Neila Benzina is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in innovation, technology, and digital transformation. Currently serving as an Investor and Strategic Tech Partner at SOLAYA since March 2024, Neila also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder at Campusna and the role of Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Wimbee, both of which commenced in 2020 and 2019, respectively. Previously, Neila was a member of the Executive Committee at Business & Decision Group from February 2016 to October 2022 and the Chief Executive Officer of Business & Decision MEA from 2012 to 2022, focusing on strategic execution across all company activities. Early career experience includes managing projects and development in the MEA region for Business & Decision from 1999 to 2012. Neila holds a degree from Télécom SudParis, completed in 1999.
