Vicky Yates

Vicky Yates has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. Vicky began their career at TNT as an Employee Relations Officer, where they were responsible for implementing trade union agreements and providing guidance on interpretation. Vicky then moved on to TNT Logistics, where they served as the HR & Administration Manager for six years. In this role, they oversaw various HR functions and managed administrative tasks. Vicky later joined ATA Garryson as a Senior HR Officer, where they focused on policy development, legal compliance, payroll administration, and system implementation. Currently, they hold the position of Head Of Human Resources at Winbro Group Technologies Limited.

Vicky Yates completed their education history as follows. From an unknown start date to 2022, they attended the University of Chester, where they earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching. Prior to that, they attended De Montfort University from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a University Diploma in Personnel Management. Earlier in their educational journey, from 1990 to 1992, they attended Loughborough College and earned a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance.
