Samuel Escher

Samuel Escher has extensive work experience in various roles within the facility management industry. Samuel currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager Strategisches FM at Wincasa, where they started in February 2023. Previously, they worked as a Standortleiter at Livit FM Services AG from November 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Samuel was employed by ISS Schweiz as a Facility Manager from December 2018 to November 2020. Samuel also briefly served as Geschäftsführer at Immo Facility Group in 2018.

Samuel's earlier experience includes being a Mandatsleiter at Apleona HSG AG from September 2015 to May 2018, where they supervised the implementation of facility management contracts and managed a team of 9 employees. Before that, they worked at Bilfinger HSG Facility Management AG as an Objektleiter and later as a Projektleiter CoC, focusing on the implementation of new facility management projects and the improvement of processes and tools.

Their career started in 2012 as the Leiter Umweltmanagement at Ruf Telematik AG, and they had a short-term role as an Applikationsentwickler at Ruf Informatik AG in 2010. Overall, Samuel has gained a diverse skill set and significant experience in facility management through their various roles.

Samuel Escher obtained a diploma in Applikationsentwicklung from GBS Gewerbliches Berufs- und Weiterbildungszentrum St. Gallen between 2003 and 2007. Samuel later pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Facility Management from ZHAW from 2010 to 2013.
