Dorinda Kruggel

Dorinda Kruggel SHRM-CP serves as the Human Resources Manager at WINCO Generators since August 2020. Prior to this role, Dorinda held the position of Branch Manager at Malone Workforce Solutions for eight months, after transitioning from a similar role at Jeane Thorne Staffing, where responsibilities included creating long-term strategies, guiding a team of recruiters, and managing client relationships in Southern Minnesota. Dorinda's extensive experience encompasses employee recruitment, retention, contract negotiations, and performance management, alongside active participation in community networking and serving as secretary and membership chair for SMAHRA. Dorinda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned in 2010.
