Rafael Vulcani, PMP

Rafael Vulcani, PMP has over 15 years of work experience in project management. Rafael is currently working as the Director of the Project Management Office at WinCup since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Content Creator at Meu Café Primeiro from April 2019.

Before joining WinCup, Rafael held various roles at ZF Group. Rafael started as an Engineering Intern and later worked as a Quality Engineer from March 2011 to November 2011. From November 2011 to June 2015, they served as a PMO Projects Engineer, where they were responsible for coaching and training project teams, supporting strategic projects, and preparing reports on project status. During this time, they also led several projects, including the localization of a transmission from Germany to Sorocaba site and the establishment of a new sales office in Bogota, Colombia.

From August 2017 to January 2022, Rafael worked as a Program Manager in the Passenger Car Division at ZF Group. In this role, they ensured the successful progression of customer products from conception to launch and managed the industrialization process for transmission projects. Rafael was the main contact for customers and actively participated in program planning and negotiation.

Rafael also held roles as an Operations Project Leader/Process Engineer from June 2015 to July 2017, a Manager of Program Management from January 2022 to June 2022, and a Senior Manager of Program Management from June 2022 to June 2023, where they were responsible for ensuring the successful completion of customer programs within time, quality, and profitability targets.

Overall, Rafael Vulcani has a strong background in project management and has successfully led various projects in different roles throughout their career.

Rafael Vulcani, PMP obtained their Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Universitário Facens from 2006 to 2010. Rafael also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in March 2014.
