Alessia Aragona is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the SME Fixed Technical Backend Manager at Wind Tre since September 2021. Prior to this role, Alessia spent over two decades at Wind, where responsibilities included coordinating the technical team for trouble-ticketing related to Small Medium Enterprise Internet DSL lines, as well as holding various positions in customer care and technical support. Alessia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Università degli Studi di Torino and completed a Liceo Classico education at Liceo Classico C. Botta.
