Flavia E. S. de Giovanni

Flavia E. S. De Giovanni has extensive experience in various financial and managerial roles. Flavia E. S. began their career as a Junior Assistant at Arthur D. Little in 1988. Flavia E. S. then worked at Similia Srl, where they started as an Assistant to the General Director and eventually took on full responsibility for accounting and fiscal activities.

In 2000, Flavia joined Fastweb and held several roles, including Accounting Manager for Receivables and Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting Manager, and Accounting Manager for the Cost Cycle. During their time there, they focused on process improvement, setting up departments, and implementing IT systems.

In 2007, they moved to H3G as the Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting, where they remained until 2016. Flavia E. S. then joined Wind Tre in 2017 as the Head of Account Payable and Sales Administration. Flavia E. S. was later appointed as the Head of Revenue Cycle and Wholesale Administration, leading a team of over 100 people.

Throughout their career, Flavia has demonstrated their ability to improve efficiency, optimize cash outflow, and successfully manage organizational transitions resulting from mergers and reorganizations. Flavia E. S. has also gained experience in managing relationships with partners and agents, as well as handling contractual and legal issues.

Flavia E. S. De Giovanni completed their education at Università degli Studi di Milano from 1990 to 1996. During this period, they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law.
