Cathy Hodges

Cathy Hodges is an experienced Real Estate Broker with a career spanning over a decade, currently operating at Windermere Professional Partners since October 2021 and previously with Keller Williams Puget Sound and Keller Williams Realty Tacoma. Cathy has a strong background in new home sales, having worked with RM Homes and Soundbuilt, as well as serving as a New Home Consultant with Lennar Northwest, Inc. and Matrix Real Estate. Prior to a successful career in real estate, Cathy accumulated significant experience in the entertainment industry, including roles as a Freelance Producer and Manager of Promotional Programming at major studios such as Twentieth Century Fox and Universal. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cinema Television from the University of Southern California.
