Karen Larochelle

Karen LaRochelle, MBA, is the SVP of Corporate and Business Development for WindMIL Therapeutics and has over 25 years of industry experience. Ms. LaRochelle’s career has focused on strategy and collaborations for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the US, Europe and China including strategic collaborations, M&A and out-licensing.

Prior to joining WindMIL, Ms. LaRochelle was the Chief Business Officer of PsiOxus Therapeutics and also the Principal of LaRochelle Advisors, LLC serving multiple biotechnology companies including Exelixis, Ovid Therapeutics, Otsuka and Chase Pharmaceuticals with business development and collaboration services. Ms. LaRochelle spent the first 20 year of her career with Bristol-Myers Squibb as Global Head of Negotiations and Head of Business Development in China, following earlier positions in alliance management, strategy, analysis and finance.

Ms. LaRochelle received her MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for Lehigh University’s PC Rossin College of Engineering.

In her role at WindMIL, Ms. LaRochelle is responsible for facilitating business growth, defining partnering strategy, spearheading collaborations and evaluating new corporate and business development opportunities.
