Executive Vice President And Chief Operating Officer at Windover Construction

Randy Catlin has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Randy began their career at Bath Iron Works Corporation in 1988 as a Sr. Project Manager, where they worked until 1996. During this time, they also held the role of Project Manager - Production Control at Bath Iron Works from 1990 to 1996. From 1996 to 2007, Randy worked at Shawmut Design & Construction, initially as an Assistant Project Manager, then as a Project Manager, and eventually as a Senior Project Manager. Randy then transitioned to Shawmut Design and Construction as a Project Executive from 2007 to 2017. In 2006, Randy joined the Holliston Fire Dept as an EMT and later became a Paramedic and Field Training Officer. In 2017, Randy took on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Windover Construction. Most recently, they have been working at Transformative Healthcare as a Paramedic since April 2017.

Randy Catlin received their Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Randy later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University, completing it from 1995 to 1996.
