Aaron Magden

Aaron was literally born into the window business and started working in the warehouse for his father's window company in Cleveland at age 14. He learned the business from the ground up, spending time in all roles from sales to management to operations. Now as the President of Window Nation, he works closely with his brother Harley every day, building what's now the 5th largest home remodeling company in the US. Aaron created a unique sales system that revolutionized the industry, shying away from the typical "high-pressure" in-home consultation. The Window Nation approach is customer-focused and designed to meet the needs of each individual homeowner first and foremost. Aaron leads the entire Window Nation sales operation across all offices in 7 metropolitan areas.
